Vivid Events KC is your premier party planning company. We can decorate, plan and execute your party anywhere! We love to be creative and bring your vision to life as you see it!

We offer several packages and options for your party needs. As much as we aim to please, our packages are created based on the needs of our clients as a whole. Please take an opportunity and review each package before contacting us. It is in our policy that we require 30% of the total price to secure your booking. There are absolutely no refunds if you choose to cancel your event under any circumstances. If you wish to reschedule your event, you must contact us immediately and together we will choose the best date and time that will work for the both of us.

All package pricing include: Shopping, supplies, travel and labor such as:(preparation, setup day of and supply pick up at the completion of the event).

Packages and Pricing

The Basic

  • 2-3 Hours Decorating Time
  • Linens for all tables
  • Table Runners
  • Solid color photo backdrop and stand
  • Dessert table display (treats not included)
  • Centerpieces for all guest tables/ guest of honor table
  • Chair covers
  • Table Chargers
  • 1 Balloon Arrangement of Choice (½ Arch, Full Arch, 2 Columns or Circular)
  • 1 dozen inflated balloons
  • Paper and Plasticware; for your guest count (plates, napkins, cups, utensils)
  • Gift Table Setup
  • Food table setup
  • Guest Sign-in table
  • Color Schemes incorporated into the design (no custom or themed items) unless the client provide.
  • Guests are always welcome to provide any additional accents to add to their event setup. However, must provide in advance for review.

The Enhanced

  • Party Host- $125 an hour
  • Guest List Coordination (day of)- $10 an hour
  • Buffet table Setup (linens not included)- $100 flat rate

  • Vendors for any Special Needs (Dj, Photographer, Caterer, Cake, etc)-require a consultation and price will be provided following consultation
  • Travel, Labor (setup/breakdown), Shopping Fees- (must add this rate to the final ala-carte service package)- $125.00
