Booking Details

All bookings will **require** a photo ID uploaded of the client booking the space and it must match the clients whose name is on the contract. Failure to do so will result in the opportunity to “NOT BOOK WITH US”

All public event parties and non-invite only parties will no longer be able to book without the following in place:

  • At least 1 off-duty officer or security guard must be present at the start and completion of your event. Their information must be emailed to add to your event file 48hrs. before your event.
  • $1,000,000 insurance coverage for your event must be provided and in your file before the start of your event.
  • Licensed bartender and their proof of license must be on file within 48 hrs of the booked event.
  • $250.00 security deposit is requested to be paid that will not go toward the booking of your event, but will have the opportunity to receive $150.00 back to you at the completion of your event within 48hrs. from the event date.
  • Must upload an ID of the person booking and on the contract, and must be 21 years or older to reserve the space and must be present during the entire event.

Failure to comply will result in a cancelled event or non-booked event as well as any money paid WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND no matter the circumstance.

Deposit and Final Balance

A deposit is due to reserve your date. Events are held for 48 hours, pending deposit. Reservation will be cancelled without notice if deposit is not paid. Deposit included with final balance. Final balance is due (5) days prior to event date.

Refund Policy

If final balance isn’t paid by midnight on the fifth day, an additional $50.00 late fee will be added. (If your fees are not paid 24 hours prior to your event, you will not have access in the venue space and none of your previous payments will be refunded.) You will have one opportunity to reschedule your event without losing your deposit. (due to inclement weather and emergencies) You will have 3 days to cancel, to receive 100% of your deposit. After the third day you will NOT be eligible for a refund.

Monday- Friday 8 am- 6 pm. Site visits are by appointment only. 4 hour open viewing/booking each and every Sunday and Monday from 2pm-6pm except during reservations and events. Call (816) 368-4978 or email VividEventsKC@gmail.com to schedule an appointment.
