Space Capacity:

49 Seated/ 49 at once for Cocktail Style Events
Most rentals include 1 hour load-in and load-out for setup/ cleanup

Tables/ Chairs (previously Setup)

Day Rates (8am-5pm)

  • Sunday-Saturday   $350 for 3 hrs. (30% deposit down) Deposit credited to total/No deposit return
  • 3 hour minimum (1 hr. Comp. not included in reservation time)
  • Additional hours beyond (3)$55 per each additional hour over 3 hrs.

Evening Rates (6pm-11pm)

  • Sunday-Saturday $450 for 3hrs. (30% deposit down) Deposit credited to total/No deposit return
  • 3 hour minimum (1 hr. Comp. not included in reservation time)
  • Additional hours beyond (3)$55 per each additional hour over 3 hrs.

Hourly Rate

$125 an hour ( if you feel as though your event does not require 3 hours and a complimentary hr.)  30% deposit down to reserve

Create your own times for (party related events only!)

 

Half day rate

8 am to 3pm or 4pm to midnight- $575.00 total

 

Full day rate

8 am to midnight- $1,100

Non-Party/Celebration Related Rates (All day)

  • $75 per hour
  • 2 hour minimum
  • 1 hour complimentary

Supply Rental

  • $75 All Access
  • $5 spandex linens
  • $1.00 per Chair cover

****Non-profit organizations (Ask about 15% off your total for event space rentals) ***MUST PROVIDE 501 C3 TO RECEIVE OFFER!

Daytime load out by 5:00 pm, Evening load in after 5:00 pm. Latest evening load out by midnight.

Deposit and Final Balance

A deposit is due to reserve your date. Events are held for 48 hours, pending deposit. Reservation will be cancelled without notice if deposit is not paid. Deposit included with final balance. Final balance is due (5) days prior to event date.

Refund Policy

If final balance isn’t paid by midnight on the fifth day, an additional $50.00 late fee will be added. (If your fees are not paid 24 hours prior to your event, you will not have access in the venue space and none of your previous payments will be refunded.) You will have one opportunity to reschedule your event without losing your deposit. (due to inclement weather and emergencies) You will have 3 days to cancel, to receive 100% of your deposit. After the third day you will NOT be eligible for a refund.

Office Hours

  • Food Display in Bar area with decorations in event colors
  • Centerpieces for all tables (custom)
  • Guest table linens
  • Chair covers (optional)

  • Your choice of (2) balloon columns, 1 full arch, or half arch
  • 1 dozen inflated balloons

All rates include room rental, service fees and vendor referrals or coordination (if needed). CAKE ORDERS/FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED!

To secure your package, you must put down a 30% deposit and remaining balance will be due (5 days) before your event.
